YHC has the honor of hosting my in-laws over the holidays. Somehow secured HC’s from two nephews, ages 15 and 11. I am certain they did not know what they were signing up for…We pulled up a few minutes before 5:30 and YHC mapped out a plan.

- Follow me to Mount Murphy for 11’s – Burpees at bottom, Squats at the top
- Follow me to the tunnel for some Peoples Chair Tunnel of Love. Concrete feels great on knees and elbows!!
- Follow me to the Tennis Courts – There are 4 sidelines per court and 3 courts total which equalsa total of 12 sidelines.
- we did one burpee at first side line and increased by one rep at each sideline up to 12 burpees…and the bear crawl is how we traveled.
- coming back we followed the same progression with flutter kicks (5 reps at first sideline increasing by 5 reps at each sideline up to 60 reps at line 12) and crab walked from line to line
- It was time to head back to the flag and to push the FNG’s a bit, YHC informed them it was a race and they took off!! Mission accomplished…They were gassed!!!

It has been a while since YHC Q’d and to be honest, longer than it should’ve been. It is an honor to show up and have the support of your fellow brothers. Today I was able to put the leadership training into practice with my younger nephews. Thank you F3ENC for making me a better man in all aspects of life. You PAX did not leave me behind and certainly have not left me where I was found. God Bless!! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!
