Warm up:

Pledge of allegiance, Good mornings 4ct 15, Arm Circles 4ct 10 front and back, SSH 4ct 20, Michael Phelps 4ct 10

Beat down:

Run around to back of stadium in Towne Bank parking lot and do Burp & Merk (burpee with merkin ladder up to 10 and back down).  Plank for the six.

Cold-Cut led us in a run to the tennis courts were we did 4 corners, Run to 1st corner and do 10 jump squats, bear crawl to 2nd corner and do 10 WWII’s, run to 3rd corner and do 10 ranger merkins, bear crawl to 4th corner and do 10 4ct Peter Parkers. Plank for the six

Show Boat ran us to the bus stop at lower Minges to do 7’s;  Bobby Hurley’s and wide arm merkins, duck walk to tree run back.

Stabler led us to the Minges Meadow after challenging us to a bear crawl up the hill to do Jack Webbs (1 merkin, 4 hallelujahs up to 10 and 40). This is where the count got a little off but the good news is we did extra.  Always exceed the standard.

Run back to the Flag with time for two rounds of Mary.
