Warm up: Side straddle hops, high knees, ass-kickers, Michael Phelps, Merkins, leg stretches, and arm stretches.

Mosey across the parking lot.

Four Corners: 10 flutter kicks, 20 squats, 30 30 LBCs, and 40 hallelujahs. Basketball above head or out in front all exercises.

BLIMPS in Parking spaces (numbered parking spot equals # number of exercise). Change parking spots each exercise.

Basketball 2 man shuffle pass drill. Other pax plank with 5 merkin penalty for each dropped ball. Basketball 3 man weave (kinda), machine gun drill with basketball overhead for 30 second counts.

To the meadow: boxcutters, crunchy frog, crab cakes, dolly, flutter kicks, v-ups, amd LBC, all with the basketball over head.

Grave diggers,carolina dry docks, and merkins.
