Warm up – Jog to each set of stairs to the pirate deck and do one Calf raise on each step

The Meal

Appetizer-15 squats, 10 merkins, 20 SSH

Entree – 20 squats, 10 mountain climbers, 10 shoulder tap merkins.

Desert – 10 SSH, 20 dips, 15 lunges, 10 burpees

Gather around the Table – Peoples Chair while telling a blessing ( 2 rounds). 1 round of balls to the wall.

Gobble Wobble – Options 1 lunge to each parking space line with 1 merkin at each line or option 2 bear crawl to each line and do 1 merkin. On the way back do a squat for each line represented (136 squats total)

Mosey to the pirate statue for some step ups, dips, and erkins  followed by some spinal tap flutter kicks and stabler crab cakes to make sure all we’re ready for their turkey dinners.
