  • Warmups: SSH, Good mornings, Good Evenings Collard Pickers
  • To the benches- Foot Release Squats, Sumo Squats, Jump Squats
  • To the next gates/bench for series of HR Burpees, HR Merkins, and other arm exercises; ab exercises; more arm exercises mixed with previous leg exercises
  • To the hill by the tennis courts for a series of 7s with squats/jump squats and bear crawls in between
  • To the tunnel: people’s chair sets with 5 count Pax choice.
  • To the flag for some final HR burpees
