Brisk walk to the fading tennis court where CMU’s were used in Murder Bunnies and Crawl Bearing with the CMU’s the length of the court. Squatting and lunging for those w/o a block.

At the end: Form fitting IC Burpees, Reverse Lunging, Merkins, V-Ups x3.
