Qing boot camp workouts is better than any other format. The pax was spot on with the mumble chatter and we had a great time. I had a bit more planned but counting cadence was such a blast that the warmup Turned into a randorama. Nevertheless, the pax got what they paid for and fun was had by all. I’m always appreciative to get out of my element this time of year (running season) and get some reps in.
