I holler, “Circle it Up”. Provide a disclaimer. Welcome our FNG. Glad that Easy Rider has his FLAG !! Good seeing Rootin and Mayhem again. Some SSH. Some Don Quixotes. Follow Me as we moseyed toward the tracks, circling toward Minges Meadow in the parking lot. Spreading out, being Delta conscious. Jump Squating with a, “Boom” at the top. Then some Merkins (Push-ups). Then some stretching…….yeah buddy!!
“Then one time at band camp”. Whoops wrong story. We gather side by side on the side-walk. One Burpee, Bear Crawl across the Meadow. Two Burpees, Bear crawl across the Meadow. Three Burpees (this was getting too good). Stopping this lunacy, Kahuna leads us in BUTKIS (three three minute rounds of rapid step-ups on the curbing). Bear crawled the Meadow again, where up and down the line were WWI’s and WWII’s.
Another question was asked about who was a tough thort fighter. The FNG, “The guy with the facial tatoo”. Yes. And not to be outdone, we completed a butt load of Mike Tysons. Short Round and Quatro took the reigns during these bootifools of drippage. Soft-Shell had to leave for work. Short Round then was tired and pointing toward Mt. Murphy wanted to run. So, we did once. YHC then had two lines use Mt. Murphy doing some ‘CRAWL-BEARS’. Yep, up backwards on the step of the Mt. They was some encouraging words here. Great job MEN!
