The Thang

Moseyed to the first set of stairs where we would do 7s with Burpees and running up and down the stairs. Lots of mumble chatter. We ran so many stairs that PAX were looking forward to the Burpees.

Moseyed to the parking lot for apple turnovers. Started with 10 Merkins then performed bear crawls, lunges, and cotton pickers alternating every 3 parking spots. Halfway performing 15 merkins, and 20 more at the end.

Moseyed to the pirate statue where we circled up and each PAX received a playing card. each suite was a different exercise and the number was how many reps we would do. (Jack-11 Queen-12 king- 13 ace-14) (spades- Merkins diamonds- WWIIs hearts- squats clubs- SSH) mosey back to parking lot.

here we would perform dominos on the curb. Each PAX in side plank position with left arm up. We would go down the line and each man would do 5 Irkins then resume a normal plank position. the next man would begin doing Irkins. Did this until each PAX was in normal plank position.

Back to the flag for captain therkins. Performing WWIs and American hammers at a 1:4 ratio. Completing 10 rounds until we were up to 10WWIs: 40 American hammers. Performing 5 Merkins between each round. Mary exercises until 0615!
