Excited to Q this morning, hadn’t Q’d since February 2020 and virus taking over the nation. Met for EC at 440, we did a nice stroll though campus. Looked like a zoo with all kinds of animal sightings including two deer and one raccoon running through campus. There was another animal sighting later on with Tonka running though the Clydesdales AO from Run Strong or whatever those runners do on Thursday.

THE THANG
Started with an Indian Run to the back of Minges where the tunnel/corridor is. Stopped in Tunnel and performed:
- Chicken Peckers x 15 IC
- Mike Tyson’s x 15 IC
- Wall Worms (Yes, look it up in Exicon), moving to left and right in BTTW on command
Next, Moseyed to Tennis Courts and performed:
- Sprints, Long End to End – Jog Back
- Sprints, Long End to End – Karaoke Back
- Sprints, Long End to End – Backpedal Back
Next, Moseyed to the Hill by Tennis Courts and Performed:
- Jacobs Ladder – Run up hill and do Burpee at top, increase by one burpee each time up the hill until get to seven
Next, moseyed back to the flag/stairs area. Counted off for two teams and performed bear crawl/sprint up stairs
- Pax teams lined up race style, bear crawled to beginning of stairs, sprinted up, touch wall and back down stairs. Winning team poolside possums, losing team 5 burpees
Final Mosey to Minges Meadow and performed:
ROUND 1 – 5 burpees, Mosey sidewalk to sidewalk
ROUND 2 – 5 burpees, 10 merkins, Mosey sidewalk to sidewalk
ROUND 3 – 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 LBCs, Mosey sidewalk to sidewalk
