Workout 2 – DORA – Partner Up

  1. Merkins – 100
  2. LBCs – 200
  3. Squats – 300

Workout 3 – Bear Crawl Lunges

  1. Bear Crawl the length of the first fence – 10 HR Merkins
  2. Bear Crawl the length of the 2nd fence – 20 Squats
  3. Bear Crawl the length of the 3rd fence – 30 Side Straddle Hops
  4. Bear Crawl the length of the 4th fence – Sprint Back

Repeat, but lunge instead of Bear Crawl.

Workout 4 – Break into two teams

  • Crawl through 2 “tunnels” This is the Collard Patch Birth Canal

Workout 5 – 10 count Hallelujahs against the bathroom walls
