As Jackpot was looking for a Q for the month of August, and I committed to Q this day for Tonka I figured this would be the best location and be able to Q both sites. The plan was set in motion and here is what we did:

25 Merkins

25 squats

5 Curls

1 Swing

25 swings

25 curls

Each exercise start at 1 and work your way up for a total of 10 reps.

After round 5 and 10 lap around the parking lot and finish with the 6.

Clean

Start at 10 and end at 7 for time

Plank shoulder taps

Flutter kicks

1 burpee

Praise- Chimichanga selling his house. Also sick, but tested negative for Covid so prayer for his recovery.
Schools opening up and all the students and faculty members.
Rafiki’s mom and cateract surgery.
