Started off with the warmup of SSH, Good mornings, Mike Phelps and merkins. Moseyed to the side rode for some light pole sprints. Did reps of 5-10-15 at each light pole with squats, WW2s and burpees. Finished that and got some rock work in. Headed to the wash house after that for a little PC/B2W around the building. Finished off with an escalator of burpees, dry docks, monkey humpers and v-ups.
