Appreciate the opportunity Soundbite! Yhc’s favorite AO – the gem that is #thecollardpatch! If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out! Deep Dish and yhc got in a couple miles of EC, always a pleasure talking with my brother! He asked what do we have planned for today, and yhc told him we’ll see how yhc feels when we start ;). Yhc talked about cadence and the importance of cadence, and that we were all going to get a chance to work on proper counting. Disclaimer given, and this is what went down.

  • Warm up.
    • SSH – 20 IC
    • Squats – 10 down
    • Merkins – 10 down
  • Thang
    • Take a lap around the track, then make our way at the start of the driveway.  From there yhc picked a pax to choose an exercise, and lead out in cadence. At first light pole, 10 of the first exercise. Second light pole, increase by 10, and next pax chooses different exercise to lead. Repeat this all the way down to the 5th light pole.
      • 150 WW2’s led by Urraca. (His M complimented him that she was starting to see his abs form! The pax said we’ll be working on the one we have! TRUTH!)
      • 100 Squats led by Ken Burns.
      • 60 LBC’S led by DD.
      • 30 Burpees led by Ricky Bobby
      • 10 Hallelujas led by ych.
    • Rinse and repeat back to start, choosing different exercises at each light. Increase by 5 this time.
      • 75 – Flutter Kicks
      • 60 – Merkins
      • 30 – Imperial Walkers
      • 15 – American Hammers
      • 5 – Burpees to finish!
