YHC knew a #bootcamp Q was coming soon! We learned of a new exercise that YHC was wanting to use on the PAX for that next opportunity! Some reason, YHC has visions of more PAX being there and wasn’t sure how things would work out! Turns out it was a great number and couldn’t have went much better!

We started with the Pledge of Allegiance since we celebrated our Independence yesterday!

BOM

Rafiki mentioned Vickie Cox having a fall and needed some surgery.

Jackpot mentioned fighting an injury, but still coming out to put some miles in.

YHC closed us in prayer!

COT

Sign up for the Sasquatch, Pothole said he was today! It’s simple – www.f3enc.com/sasquatch!

Rafiki is doing a GoRuck event in October, someone told him it would be easy!

Some went for Coffeeteria at Bojangles.

Moleskin

Good to see Breezy trying out new workouts/locations! Been a bit since YHC has worked out with Pothole, but made sure he was an HC last night at church! Rafiki is a posting machine, you can tell it’s paying off! Glad Jackpot was out there to put in miles to be ready for Sasquatch!
