YHC was there a few minutes early for a change. Rare thing to be the first tone at an AO…that said it was much more relaxing, therefore much more enjoyable. YHC hasn’t posted on his one word yet, although it is coming…hint it has something to do with enjoying the moment…each and every moment.

We circled up – the plan was simple, yet proved to not be easy.

WARM UP

  • SSH 15 (IC 4 count)
  • Merkins 15 (IC 4 count)
  • Squats 15 (IC 4 count)

THANG

Plan was to perform 5 reps of an exercise at each crossing of a light pole. 32 total light poles were met on each of the 3 laps (8 poles or so were counted twice…at front parking lot and on road to the back lot).

  • Merkins – Mosey’d to each pole doing 5 reps. Completed 160 reps
  • Squats – Mosey’d to each pole doing 5 reps. Completed 160 reps
  • Burpees – Mosey’d to each pole doing 5 reps. Completed 160 reps…well one of us did. Last 10 had to be completed after COT.

COT/PRAYERS

  • Praise Splinter being home

MOLESKIN

Thanks to Rafiki for stepping up to fill in for YHC at ABNS last Monday (2/3/2020). Was quick to respond when he asked if the 10th would work to Q at The Collard Patch in a swap-a-roo. Thankful for these HIM…for the opportunity to lead and work alongside them.

For YHC (and assuming…For others), there is a void when not posting at F3; if the rest or absence is justified or not.

Be reaching out to guys, know whats going on! If a man has not been around recently, our F3ENC region/our PAX, need to know about our fellow brothers and whatever may be going on (at COT at the least in not in proximity).

Always be developing/maintaining relationships. Specifically work hard to keep in contact with the men you HL to F3.
