Warm Up:

Good Mornings, Arm Stretches, 30 x Side Straddle Hops, Ran the track once.

Thang:

Mosey’d to the light post. 25 x Merkins, Lunged to second light post, 25 x Merkins, Mosey’d to next light post, 25 x Merkins, Lunged to last light post, 25 x Merkins.

Turned around and repeated, replacing Merkins with Side Straddle Hops.

Ran the track once and went inside the large overhead cover.

Picked up the box of blessings and conducted 2 rounds of blessings before time expired.

The mumble chatter was entertaining!
