The Collard Patch.  The AO that is a little out of the way but one that everyone should attend.  The AO that is a Q’s dream because of the many possibilities it presents.  The AO that is home to many of great beatdowns.  This is the AO that YHC first attended and still loves what it brings to F3.  So when YHC was shoulder tapped by Rafiki to do a surprise Q (not everyone knew about it), YHC had no hesitation when saying “Yes.”  The day came, Rafiki gave a speech, he revealed YHC to be the Q, and it was time to:

WARMUP

10 x Merkins IC

The PAX moseyed to the Street Lights and performed the following exercises IC with a random number of reps to keep the PAX guessing:

The PAX then sprinted two Street Lights and performed the following exercise IC with a random number of reps:

Mountain Climbers

Side-Lunge Jump Shots

The PAX then sprinted two Street Lights, rinsed and repeated.

When the PAX sprinted back to where we began, we picked up some rocks.  We then performed the following exercises IC with a random number of reps:

Single Leg Curls for the Girls (Left Leg)

Tricep Extensions

The rocks were returned to their home and the PAX made their way to the Football Field.  The PAX lined up on one side of the endzone and performed a series of exercises on their route to the other endzone.

As stated in the beginning, if you haven’t been to the Collard Patch you should definitely attend.  The beatdowns are great, there are many different things the Q can do to lead a quality bootcamp, and it is always fun.  Thank you Rafiki and Jackpot for allowing YHC to Q.  Hope everyone has a blessed Holiday weekend.
