It was a beautiful gloom with a slight chill in the air, but 6 PAX were ready to get 1% better.
Welcomed everyone and shared the disclaimer that I hope that they knew I was definitely not a professional. Listen to your body!

Warm-Up:
Bat Wings (Arm circles forward, backwards, Seal Claps, & Overhead claps)
Collard Pickers
Slow Sumo Squats
Merkins

The Thang:
We went around the PAX circle and we each took the chance on rolling a different exercise and had to do them with the number written on them. About halfway through, one of our brothers kept wishing for burpees. YHC is not a fan of them, but when he rolled Superman’s for the one-hundredth time, Man Can made the decision and to take it into his hands that we should modify and do burpees instead. So we all obliged and did them with him, but of course, on the next role by Big Cheddar, guess what we got this time… of course, the Man Can Burpees!

Once we all had the chance to roll our next order of business was the “Walk Like an Egyptian” around the parking lot. YHC explained and we were lunging our way around.

To close us out, I knew there were some getting ready for GTR this weekend and we were all starting a new week so we cooled down with some Broga and a little corpse breathing to get us prepared to win the day.
