Twas a beautiful, brisk morning to lead a beatdown.  Brisk enough that yhc almost missed it! Pulled into the park with 10 seconds to spare, where we went right into the disclaimer, Pledge of Allegiance, then….

• Run down to the end of the parking lot, and make our way back, stopping at the Rock pile.  Choose wisely.
  • IC – 10 Curls
  • IC – 10 Tri Extensions
• Make our way over to the sand box (with rocks).  Here, yhc mentioned that yhc is not only thankful for the first Advent of Jesus, but have the hope in His second advent!  After each set of exercise, we bearcrawled, crawlbeared, lunge, rock push bearcrawl, to the net and back.
• A – American hammers with rock (20)
• D – Donkey kicks (10)
• V – V-ups with rocks (20)
• E – Escalator (10 Burpees, 20 Squats, 30 Merkins, 40 Hallelujahs, 50 SSH)
• N – Never Rock Dolly – (20) Body at 45 degrees, hold rock overhead, hello Dolly!
• T – Talk with your Bro – Take rocks around the track while talking with your bro!
• S – Thanks to NoIDeer, he suggested that we should add the S and go down the slide.  So our 4 Slide-o-death virgins had to go down the “slide-o-death. Scat, Seabass, NoIDeer, and Sound Bite.  Yhc truly though Sound Bite died when he dismounted the slide, sorry brother, hope you feel better!
• Return rocks, and had enough time to do some marry (WW2’s, and American Hammers)
