ran a circle around the park to the picnic tables for 11’S (dips/Step ups), then we ran to the football field.

2 merkins/ 2 squat (4,6,8,10) after each set we ran 10 extra yards to finish the last round with 10 merkins/ 10 squats and 50 yards sprint. Then we followed with the same format but Burpees/WWII. After the 2 rounds we did 4 corners (20 reps) merkins, squat, WWII, LBC’s. Then off top the restrooms.
