Within seconds of my arrival the mumble chatter began.  I suppose I welcome a healthy amount of banter.  After reassuring the PAX that I know what I’m doing and introducing myself (Name’s on the Hat), we got into it.

Warmup

  • 10 IC Merkins
  • 10 IC Curtsy Squats
  • 20 Slow Freddie Mercuries
  • 10 IC Butt Kickers
  • 10 IC High Knees
  • 10 IC Squats

Mosey to the Shelter

After a long explanation due to the inquisition of a very eager student (It was grammar) and a little bit of swearing (it was me), we did the following:

  • 20 (10 Each Leg Split Squats)
  • 20 LBCs
  • 20 Heels to Heaven
  • 20 Dips
  • Run around the park

Mosey to the Park equipment

  • 5-Pull-ups
  • 10 Merkins
  • 15 Squats
  • 10 Merkins
  • 5 Pull-ups
  • Run 200M
