Within seconds of my arrival the mumble chatter began. I suppose I welcome a healthy amount of banter. After reassuring the PAX that I know what I’m doing and introducing myself (Name’s on the Hat), we got into it.

Mosey to the Shelter
After a long explanation due to the inquisition of a very eager student (It was grammar) and a little bit of swearing (it was me), we did the following:
- 20 (10 Each Leg Split Squats)
- 20 LBCs
- 20 Heels to Heaven
- 20 Dips
- Run around the park

- 10 Merkins
- 15 Squats
- 10 Merkins
- 5 Pull-ups
- Run 200M
