Monday was one of those workouts that the workout gets in the way of good conversation.
We start with the rock pile and did 15 of the following exercises: rows, squats, shoulder press, curls and triceps
next we lunge to every light polo and did 15 squat at ever polo.
Next we ran to every light polo and did 10 merkins
Next we ran to every light polo and did WW2
Lastly we lunge to every light polo and did 15 squats
Next we repeated the rock workout
Next we went to the shelter and did 3 rounds of the following. 15 dips, 15 WW1 and 15 step ups
