My first Q at the Collard Patch!  It was a cold morning, so the goal was to keep moving and stay warm!

First order of business: Pledge of Allegiance

Warm Up

  • SSH
  • High Knees
  • Arm Circles
  • Michael Phelps

The Thang

  • mosey over to the picnic shelter for Dips x 20, Step-Ups x 10/each leg, Irkins x 20.  Rinse and Repeat.
  • mosey over to the side entrance drive for the Escalator of TERROR (name credit goes to Cousin IT).  We started at the 1st light pole for Squats x 10, then moseyed all the way to the end of the drive and back to the 2nd pole to repeat the Squats while adding Wide Arm Merkins x 20, mosey to the end of the drive and back to the 3rd pole where we repeated the first two exercises and added WWIIs x 30, mosey to the end of the drive and back to the 4th light pole to repeat all previous exercises and added Hallelujahs x 40, mosey to the end of the drive.  At this point, we all did 1 Burpee OYO and repeated the entire process in reverse until we finally finished back at the 1st pole with Squats x 10.  All PAX led us in reps while dominating this escalator.
  • Walk across parking lot and back to cool down, catch our breath, and enjoy some 2nd F.
  • Circle up back at the flag for some MARY.  PAX led us in American Hammers, Flutter Kicks, LBCs, Shoulder Taps, Boxcutters, WWIs, and V-Ups.

COT: Counterama, Namorama, Prayers, and Announcements

It was a beautiful morning at the Collard Patch and I’m thankful for all the men who joined me there in the gloom.  Thank you, Sound Bite, for the opportunity to lead.
