Thanks Jackpot for the opportunity to Q! YHC learned a few exercises when posting with the Cape Fear guys, so decided to try them here for this beatdown.

Warmup: side straddle hops, squats, good mornings, good nights

The Thang: warm up indian run around the loop, jump squats with 5 burpees after each 5 squats, for a total of 20; merkens with 5 burpees after each 5 squats, for a total of 20; LBCs with 5 burpees after each 5 squats, for a total of 20; ranger merkens with 5 burpees after each 5 squats, for a total of 20; squats with 5 burpees after each 5 squats, for a total of 20; move to rock pile for a series of devils presses with burpees in between, and static holds in a variety of positions.

Cool down run around the loop
