The Thang:
YHC thought a simple, easy, out and back would be good for the PAX. So, that is what we did. We ran from 1st st, left on 5th, left on 10th. Then turn around after 30 minutes. Despite the humidity the pax seemed to all find laughter during the run. Seems like every time YHC ran beside someone or passed someone they were laughing. It was a good sight and those are the little moments that draw YHC closer to the gloom!
