YHC was glad to get a reminder from The End about have ing the Q for the Commons run.  YHC had not put on the calendar and promptly remembered letting The End that I would be glad to Q last month.  I checked the weather report for Sunday morning and it was going to be 28 degrees.  After a tough running workout at the Oval Office on Friday – YHC thought it would be a perfect morning to try and stay warm and take a nice big lap around Greenville.  Easy planning and a great opportunity to get some 2nd F on a stroll through the city.  It was a great turnout at the Commons as we had 11 runners and 12 ruckers that both got going right at 5:30.  The run went like this:

Down 1st St to Elm St.

Right on Elm st. to Greenville Blvd.

Right on Greenville Blvd. to Arlington Blvd.

Right on Arlington Blvd to Evans St.

Right on Evans St. back to 1st St.

Going back for PAX at every turn

Sunday mornings have always been one of my favorite workouts.  Just something about getting Sunday started with exercise and fellowship.  This site has always been a run workout but with rucking now it really has something for everyone.  For those that haven’t been out to the Commons – I really challenge you to make this workout..It was also my first time attending the Q Source meeting following the workout at Krispy Kreme.  Tonka lead on Sunday and did an AWESOME job discussing getting right and providing great discussion with our brothers.  Totally started my Sunday off on the right foot and encourage others to make both or one of these next Sunday
