YHC worried about the route.  I went downtown Saturday am to visualize the route I wanted to share, 5k, then tempo work.  But alas, others reached out and wanted to work on the Sasquatch route.  I’ll save my workout for another time and help the PAX prepare for their Saturday race.

Directions were given and we were off at 0600. YHC instructed the faster PAX to stretch their legs and go until each mile, then turn and come back for the six.  Even though we were running the Sasquatch route it was still a regular workout and no man is left behind.

The Thang

Leave the commons toward Greene st, turn left on Pitt, right on Evans, left on 10th, right on Charles, left on Red Banks, take 1st left and then left again to Elm St.  Audible was called, straight to 1st st, left to the Commons.

Count a Rama – started with 18, but picked up Floater at Elm St., to make 19

Prayer requests– Injured Pax, traveling Pax, Praise for the Young Life campers return

YHC prayed us out.
