Made it for an early morning run with the new start time of 5:30. A big group showed up for the Tour de Tortoise. Started out running over the nipple… and only a couple saw the shell slide I pulled on a curb. Alas shells are hard and I popped up to continue. At memorial, some turned for a shorter route while others continued on for a route around the hospital grounds with viewing of the helicopter pads, behavioral health, the emergency department and more. After turning onto 5th, the long journey back to the commons ensued.
Afterwards, some went to the inaugural Q source, others (myself) went back home to sleep for three more hours.
Be sure to show up Tuesday morning for the next leg as I take over site Q at Runstrong at ESP.
