The Thang:
We traveled around to three places around the park doing a series of exercises, having to suitcase cary our KBs around with us between each station.

Russian Swings
Elf on the Shelf

Bear Crawl Drag down to the “first” tree and back. Approx 20 yards or so.

Fire Drill (5 reps)

Goblet Squats
Halos
Curls for the Girls

and one rep of “Scotty Moe’s favorite” – Sunrise and Sunset

@6:15 we COT, Prayer Request, Prayer, and had a Picture just to prove we didn’t Fartsack it.
