The Thang: Partner up for accountability with reps of 20 swings/15 merkins/10OHP/5 sqt thrusters and then repeat cycle from 5 up. One partner works while other counts. Plank for 6 and then tree sprints. Next set was 20 cleans/15 sun rise sun sets/10 snatch/5 goblet sqts and then repeat cycle from 5 up, same thing with the plank and tree sprints. Keep your partner and head to shelter. One partner farmer carried kbs while other did merkins variations of 10 (durks,urks and murcs) with a flap jack. Next was KB overhead to tree and back while other did 10s curls,tris and rows with a FJ. Last was farmer carry again with 5 burps/5 pull ups/5step ups. We took a Farmville half lap around the park and finished with a 6 minute EMOM of 5s Dips, WW1,High Pulls and Pikes. 6:16
