THE THANG

1, 2, 3, 4, 5 rep sequence

1) Swing, High Pull, Snatch

2) Deadlift, Row, Clean

3) Long Cycle Clean, Squat, Press

4) Single Leg RDL, Row, Clean

  • Row and Clean are from Warrior 3 pose at the bottom of the RDL position

 

It went like so:

Right Arm: 1 Swing, 1 High Pull, 1 Snatch

Switch arm Swing

Left Arm: 1 Swing, 1 HIgh Pull, 1 Snatch

Switch arm Swing

Right Arm: 2 Swings, 2 High Pulls, 2 Snatches

Switch Arm Swing

Left Arm: 2 Swings, 2 High Pulls, 2 Snatches

… to 5 reps

 

After we got through all 4 sequences, we had some time remaining.

Alternating Snatch Windmills x 5 each side IC
