Left Arm: 1 Swing, 1 HIgh Pull, 1 Snatch

Right Arm: 2 Swings, 2 High Pulls, 2 Snatches
Switch Arm Swing
Left Arm: 2 Swings, 2 High Pulls, 2 Snatches

After we got through all 4 sequences, we had some time remaining.

Moleskin: The crowd was small but we had a blast. Lots of laughs. Found out Aquaman has a limp wrist but a sassy hip. Bedtime Story needs to work on his kettlebell conditioning. And we all need better balance. Thanks for the Q opp.
