Thang 1

Shelter Partner – Starts with 10 American Swings on the Outside of the Shelter, Walk over the Table (without KB), Do 10 Irkins. Walk back over and continue to go down 1 rep for each set.

Cardio Partner – Do KB presses to the tree and back. Swap when you Shelter Partner when you return.

We halted when YHC completed his 3rd Cardio Partner exercise.

Thang 2

Shelter Partner – Starts with 1 Snatch (on each side) on the Outside of the Shelter, Walk over the Table (without KB), Do 1 Picnic Table Sit-up. Walk back over and continue to go up 1 rep for each set.

Cardio Partner – Take your KB to the Parking Lot. Take it to the 2nd Car, sprint back to the fence and back to the KB. Take it to the 4th Car, sprint to the fence and back. Take it to 6th Car, sprint to the fence and back. Take it to the 8th Car, sprint to the fence and back. Swap when you Shelter Partner when you return.

The Shelter Partner went down on their 3rd round (ie if they were at 7 reps, they started at 6, next round 5, etc).

Thang 3

Shelter Partner – Starts with 10 Tricep Extensions on the Outside of the Shelter, Walk over the Table (without KB), Do 10 Dips. Walk back over and continue to go down 1 rep for each set.

Cardio Partner – Do KB waiter carry to the tree and farmer carry back. Swap when you Shelter Partner when you return.

We halted when YHC completed his 3rd Cardio Partner exercise.

Thang 4

Shelter Partner – Starts with 1 Clean (on each side) on the Outside of the Shelter, Walk over the Table (without KB), Do 1 Derkin. Walk back over and continue to go up 1 rep for each set.

Cardio Partner – Take your KB to the Parking Lot. Take it to the 2nd Car, sprint back to the fence and back to the KB. Take it to the 4th Car, sprint to the fence and back. Take it to 6th Car, sprint to the fence and back. Take it to the 8th Car, sprint to the fence and back. Swap when you Shelter Partner when you return.
