The clock struck 5:30 and YHC was all alone. I decided to call an audible and pick up another kettlebell to knock out Week 1 Day 2 of the 6 week progression Kenny G, Grammar, and I are doing.

 

Complete 5 Rounds of each superset

***After each round, do 5 burpees***

Superset 1

Chest Press to Elbow x 10 (5 right, then 5 left)

  • First Part of TGU – Chest Press, to Elbow, to Back, down = 1

Russian Swings (1 KB) x 20

 

Superset 2

Double Goblet Squats x 10

Double Single Leg RDLs x 10 (5 right, then 5 left)

 

Superset 3

Double ½ Snatches (Rack, Sack, Snatch) x 10

(could also do single KB and do 5 or 10 reps each side per round)

Renegade Rows x 10 (5 right, then 5 left)
