Foreskin – Somehow  String Bean told me we are CO-Qing the Good Fight, I never sign up to Q. This was weird to me, but thing are about to get much weirder!! String had a great idea for doing a work out based on the old game of truth or dare. We had to come up with a list of crazy facts and some dares if they got the question wrong. Old String and myself had some weird text messages back and forth that day coming up with facts to use.

Da Thung

  • partner up and one partner does a counting exercise and the partner has a different exercise. We switch during the 2 and half minutes round
  • do 10 curls and burpees
  • 10 tricps press and WW1
  • 10 bent over rows and mountain climbs
  • 10 chest press and WW2
  • 10 Squats and Side Saddle Hops
  • Forearm curls and run to parking lot
  • 10 Shoulder press and knee to elbow
  • 10 KB swings and flitter kicks
  • 10 shoulder raises and planks
