With the blocks we did Blockees followed by a 40yd farmers carry switching hands and 40yds back Started with 10 Blockees and worked down to 1. Finished with just enough time to get a round block O Rama in before 6:00.

This morning was a lot of fun was great to watch some friendly competition between Double D and Duct Tape.
