Well, Swiper texted me Monday  night asking me to have something ready for Q. He had to go in to work, so I jotted down some notes on a thank you card my wife had on her book shelf.  I also looked up what the holiday was for April 10th.  It was national Farmers animal day.  I think this was my first time as Q at the Landing strip, so it was cool to do a different location.  Any way,  I arrived at the AO, no Swiper in sight.  Well, we will see how this goes on last minute.

Warm up- SSH and Don Quiotes- After waiting for Bob to brush his teeth.

I always screw up the cadence.  That is why I choose routines most of the time.

HAPPY NATIONAL FARM ANIMAL DAY-  Every time someone makes a farm animal sound the PAX has to stop and do a burpee

We then did Indian run to the airport.

This is where we encountered the ring of DEATH-  Partner up

-one partner Bear crawls while other partner does 20 Merkins then he runs and catches partner and they switch back and forth until you make it all the way around the round about

-one partner Crab walks while other partner does 20 LBC then he runs and catches partner and they switch back and forth until you make it all the way around the round about

-one partner Zombie walks while other partner does 20 Jump squats then he runs and catches partner and they switch back and forth until you make it all the way around the round about

We survived!

Moseyed back to the Parking lot of Death

-We Zombie walked each parking space and dropped and did a merkin at each line.

Next up was some baseball, unfortunately the baseball field was to wet so we used some trees down the road as bases.

– Bear Walk to each base where you did 20 merkins, 20 situps, 20 jump squats, 20 Peter Parkers

We then had 5 minutes left, so we did another Indian run followed up with some sprints.

Then we dragged back to the flag.

It was a tough work out, but the PAX did a good job sticking together and getting it done as a team.  It is always a good time with a good bunch of guys.
