12 PAX gathered on a beautiful Thursday morning at #TheRush for a good little beatdown before the Easter holidays. Gamecock reminded me that I had signed up a month ago for the Q and Mayhem sent out a text about running before the holidays. Little did he know, running was not in the repoitoire, YHC had a nice little surprise for the PAX this morning. We all gathered at the flag pole at 5:30 and went a little something like this

Warmup:
15 good mornings
15 Side Straddle Hops
10 Arm Curls (big then little – then reverse)
High Knees
Butt Kickers

Mosey to Soccer Field
Line up on Base line and run to goalie box, mid field, other goalie box, and end line
At first line do 5 burpees, increasing by 5 to 20 at end of field
Coming back – squats same way

Indian Run around the field

Circle up for Jack Webbs
1 merkin and four hallelujahs – 10 merkins and 40 hallelujahs
Then come back down
At end, instead of 4 hallelujahs – it was last man standing
(Base Burglar and The Wolve would not quit and had to call halt)

Indian Run around the field again

Mosey over to baseball field

Evryone at home plate – half of PAX run to third and around and other to first and around
First base – 15 merkins, second Base – 15 plank jacks, third base 15 squats, home – 15 WW1

Mosey back to the flag pole
Circle around for Wimpy Legs
10 squat jumps, 10 jump lunges, 10 mule kicks
RR – backwards starting with Mule Kicks

End wiith Merkins and Mary’s – PAX Choice around circle until 6:15

Good workout with very little running…much needed fuull body workout as we get ready to endure the warm temperatures of spring and summer…thanks Gamecock and Mayhem for the opportunity to lead this morning
