Goal – Simulate the middle portion of the Sasquatch

THE THANG
In order to simulate some of the middle section of the Sasquatch as we all prepare; the idea was to do a “Mini-Quatch” if you will. This was to consist of a 1.5 mile run, followed by 5 minutes of workout (time didn’t allow for 10), then a .5 mile run, followed by another 5 minutes of workout, and finishing off with a final 1.5 run.

It looked like this:

1 large lap around school and to the track (1.5 miles)

Start in turn with 5 burpees, 10 squats, 15 plank jacks, and 20 LBC’s. Run to the other side of the turn and rinse and repeat. Continue the above pattern until QIC called time.

2 laps around track (.5 miles)

Start in turn with 5 burpees, 10 squats, 15 plank jacks, and 20 LBC’s. Run to the other side of the turn and rinse and repeat. Continue the above pattern until QIC called time.

1 large lap around school and to the flags (1.5 miles)
