YHC loves the run groups as you have plenty of time to talk with other PAX. YHC enjoys getting to know you guys and hearing your stories. And most PAX know YHC is going to do plenty of talking as well. This time together is special to me and YHC is so lucky to be part of something like this.

This time of year many PAX state it is much harder getting out of the Fartsac with it being darker and colder. YHC enjoys this time, especially running in this weather. Maybe growing up in the North prepared me a little better to handle the colder temps or maybe just being mentally prepared for the cold allows me to still look forward to the workouts each morning. Do not let the weather change your workout plans. Once you come out and find out what clothing works the best, it will make it much easier to just come out and enjoy the workout.
