19 PAX (including 2.0, Red Ranger) showed up at The Rush for a little “Ring Around the Rose-y” fun!  Being that this AO is at Rose High School and boasts a 1.25 mile loop around the campus, PAX were instructed to follow the loop as the route for this workout.  Much like the children’s song which ends with “All Fall Down,” PAX were instructed that they would perform an exercise requiring them to “fall” down at the end of every lap.  The prescribed exercises were as follows:

  • Lap 1 – 25 push-ups
  • Lap 2 – 25 air squats
  • Lap 3 – 25 burpees
  • Lap 4 – 25 push-ups
  • Lap 5 – 25 air squats
  • Lap 6 – 25 burpees…

PAX valiantly performed (and logged) at least three laps + exercises, accruing at least 3.75 miles for a little fourth F “fun” on what was a balmy but cool morning in January!

*** YHC offers an official apology to all PAX who participated for prescribing 25 burpees!  Good grief…!
