Always appreciate the opportunity to Q a run workout, so thank you Ricky Bobby!  This site has been rockin’ and the numbers show that! Plenty of talk of BRR already going on, so yhc was thinking of some nipple repeats, but, due to legs being completely dead from Sue, yhc wanted to get a simpler route on plan.

The Thang – L on Arlington, L on Red Banks, Run a lap around #theschoolyard parking lot, R Red Banks, R on Charles, L on Greenville Blvd, R on Arlington back to the Flag. Come back for the six when you can.

The route was a little ambitious, getting over 5 miles, but the pax powered through and finished strong, even when we ran several minutes past 6:15.

Moleskin – Running is hard for yhc, been close to 20 years since doing it sparingly back in high school.  But the men of F3 know how to motivate, push, teach, and encourage those who want to start, have been doing it for a little or long while. Today, Slim was FLYING! Silverback pushed, and gave great running tips (thanks brother!). Skipper, as always with that friendly smile and enthusiasm that just makes you want to run! Tripple S (Soft Shell, Silverado, & Slalom) all got out of their comfort zones and came out to run! Fin was a stud and basically ran 15 miles, this dude is fast! Need to do BRR! All the Pax just bring something different to the gloom, and that’s why yhc loves F3!

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, Hebrews 12:1
