Today was a bitter sweet day for YHC, after being the Host Q for The Rush over the last year it was time for YHC to pass it onto someone new, After seeing how Doppler handled his recent foot injury and how he was still showing up, putting in the work that he could do YHC knew Doppler was the right person to carry on the Flag. On this cold morning 19 HIMs showed up to support both Doppler and YHC as the flag was passed on, YHC had the Q for the morning and we started off by doing a little out and back from Rose to The Commons getting in between 4-5 miles. COT was done and the Flag was handed over to Doppler as the new Host Q of The Rush. Thank you to everyone that made The Rush special and helped me grow along this journey of Host Q. RB out
