Arkansas reminded me on Sunday I had the Q today, and he took the extra step to promise he would do all he could to keep the rain away. TBH, I had my doubts, but he came through! The weather held off and we had great morning for running. Several months ago, YHC Q’ed and we did the Church Street Challenge, so I thought I would revisit that work out.
The Thang:
Run to Railroad Street turn right and go to The Town of Winterville offices past the fire station and come back for the 6. (approximately .75 miles)
Church Street Challenge: Run all of Church Street to the end where it runs into Reedy Branch Road. (approximately 2.2 miles), and then back to flag for around five miles.
COT:
- Prayer Requests: A couple of unspoken requests, Hot Spot’s M’s eye and Hot Spot’s big toe
- Announcements: T-Bone’s M is doing “Relay for Life” to raise money for Cancer and will be running a 4 mile loop starting at Fleet Fleet. They are looking for donations and support.
