Great morning to go to Church (Street)! We had good conversations and got the six multiple times. Cousin IT was running like he had some special injections (think Bonds, ARod…etc). Sillverback wore shorts that covered more than half his thighs, and Past Due had some new shiny shoes that need to find mud next time.

Run: Started at Winterville Parks and Rec, left onto Sylvania, left onto Church, went to the end of Church and turned back, right onto Laurie Elis, left onto Ange and back to the flap (4.5-5 miles for all).

• Prayers for Half-Pipe’s co-workers daughter, Saddie Grace who was born at Duke with Down Syndrome, she is gaining weight, hopefully not jut fluid so she is a better candidate for surgery
• Prayers for Fire Ant and Hot Spot who had surgery yesterday, especially prayers for Hot Spot’s wife
• Prayers for Half Pipe’s friend, Todd Hallow, who is battling COVID and had needed supplemental oxygen
• Prayers for Nashaun Mills, who has to quarantine
• Prayers for a mother who lost her son to a motorcycle accident
