YHC and Arkansas met early for EC, always an enjoyable experience running with a #HIM. A couple of minutes before the clock his 5:30 YHC gave the instructions on where to run. It’s funny how one little misspoken word can cause such mumble chatter.
The Thang
Right onto Sylvania, turn right onto Ange, turn right on Laurie Ellis, turn right onto Jack JONES, if you are not keeping a 7:30 pace you were instructed to turn back at 5:52, if you were then keep going. Left on Laurie Ellis, back to the flag.

It’s really fun to see all these runners progress. Stitches PRed his 5K time after turning around and running back. Half-Pipe decided to join the party in the front. YHC heard him breathing from behind and was happy to have a partner to run with. Evidently, Tortious and the Hair decided to turn back and make a longer route than doing the loop (YHC is sure it was due to his imprecise instructions). As for everyone else, YHC may not have been running beside you today, but I feel the support and motivation from each of you just because I know you are out on the same road. I hope you can do the same.
