We came together on a slightly chilly morning to get a good workout in.  Tortoise left The Hare at home as running some hard miles were planned.  After a short .75 mile warm up, we ventured into a neighborhood across from The Sandlot.  Running in a figure 8 pattern, we completed 3x 1 mile repeats.  Some were able to get under a 6:00 mile and others pushed themselves to the best they felt that morning.

We arrived back to the flag with a few minutes to spare.  Everyone…except Silverback… participated in some plyometrics to cool down and get some active stretching after the harder workout.  After a lot of internal debate, I have decided to include Silverback in the workout despite him bailing to get some extra distance running.  :)

Prayers were held in silence as everyone became centered and ready for the day ahead.
