“50 burpees….the ultimate murderer of mumble chatter.”- String Bean

  • Warmup: Pledge, SSH, Arm Circles, High Knees, Butt Kickers, Merkins, Squat Jumps
    • Mosey to track
  • Indian Run:
    • Continue warmup with Indian Run around track. Finish at endzone of field.
  • 50/50 in 60
    • One minute intervals.  Everyone in group trying to reach 50 burpees each.  Start at goal line, you have 60 seconds to perform as many burpees as possible. At 60 seconds, group runs to 50 yard line and continues burpees. Continue back and forth every 60 seconds.  Once you hit your 50, you can help others reach theirs.  Modification for burpees is hand release merkins.  2 HR Merkins= 1 Burpee.
    • After everyone finishes, find a partner and fellowship walk back to goal line.
  • Active recovery:
    • 10 Merkins at goal line, lunge to 50 yard line.  Al Gore at 50 yard line for the 6.  Squat pulses for 15 seconds.  Bear crawl to end zone.  10 sit-ups.  When finished, Monkey humper for 6.
    • Mosey to 50 yard side line.
  • 21’s
    • Squats and 4 count Flutter kick.  Squat on one side of the field, flutter on the other
  • Run back to flag, find wall.
  • People’s chair til 6:15.
