Warm up: 15 SSH; 10 butt kickers; 1 burpee for fun
The Thang: Head to the track (fence was locked, so we headed back to the parking lot but Charlie Brown found a secret entrance to the far right and so we made it to the track behind the goal post). Start behind one goal post and do 20 merkins and 20 WWI. Run the track to the other goal post and do 15 merkins and 15 WWI, then run the track back for 10 & 10 and run again for 5 & 5. Circle back for the Six and meet on the football field sideline. Next up; burpees and bear crawls. 10 burpees on the sideline; bear crawl to the middle of the field for 10 more burpees, then bear crawl to the other sideline for 10 more burpees. Next up head to the endzone for 20 merkins & 20 WWI; run to 50 yard line for 15 / 15; back to the endzone for 10 & 10 and back to the 50 for 5 & 5. Next up; back to the sideline for burpees and bear crawls (same as before). Next up, head to the fence where we entered the track for BTW (or balls to the fence; thanks Aquaman). Each PAX called out 10 seconds as we all held BTW until everyone had called out their 10 seconds (pretty sure Spinal Tap was more like 30 seconds). Next up; PAX would alternate calling 5 seconds BTW; next PAX lead 5 merkins in cadence; next PAX would lead 5 WWI in cadence and so on until the end of the line. Next up; each PAX would call 5 seconds BTW and then one burpee for fun all the way down the line. Next up; mosey back to the flag and YHC lead 10 merkins and then 10 WWI in cadence. Finish with one burpee for fun. 615am

Today was my first time as the Q at The Schoolyard. Enjoyed all the PAX and mumble chatter. Remember .. it’s easy to decide to do something, the hard part is actually doing it. YOU > fart sack.
