Line up at the Bleachers for

Bleacher Climbers

start on the bottom seat and perform 5 merkins then climb to next seat. Continue until you reach the top.

Once at the top flip and perform 5 tricep dips and climb down.

Form 2 lines one behind a 30# ruck the other behind a 30# KB

Pax behind the weights perform bear crawl drag throughs. Pax in line Perform Q called exercises (Squats etc)
Once all Pax rotates through
21- 4 count Over head arm claps

5 prisoner get ups then sprint to marks and back. Plank while in line.
